Default 2006 RR Tie Rods

I have had our 2006 Range Rover HSE inspected for a rear side-to-side motion when accelerating or changing gears. The first shop was not sure exactly what was wrong, but recommended replacing all 4 rear subframe bushings for $1,500. The second shop, a LR dealer, is indicating that I should replace both rear suspension tie rods for $770. I obviously prefer the latter as it is half the price, but am interested at the two differences of opinion. Curious if anyone has had an experience with a rear end that shimmies back and forth upon acceleration that could weigh in on the likelihood of one or the other (or something else entirely)? Thanks in advance!
