Default 91 classic ABS PUMP/relay issue

So my pump is running after the rover is turned off and sounds horrible ( happened just once so far ) - after googling I found that Ishould replace the ABS relay(s) first. Is there just 1 relay or 2? And are they/it under the driver seat? I found an older post of someone who swapped out a 30a circuit under the seat but I'm unsure if thats the same thing.
Dap-INC has the ABS relay listed at 36 bucks or so, is there another alt to use -much like the stepper motor alt ?

thanks!

Yes the relays are under the seat with the ecu. There is a pump relay and a load relay.
