Default 94 RRC LWB Battery died....replaced. No start...Please help

I literally had battery die overnight. I went to buy a new one and swapped it. Dome lights work. central lock works.

go to turn key and it turns all the way to start but ignition doesn't light up dash , its like there is a ignition immobilizer? I feel like an idiot but I am stranded at the parents house while traveling cross country and I would rather be stuck in the desert than here.

any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

It is always a good idea when replacing a dead battery to hold down the hood alarm switch, so when truck wakes up it doesn't think it is being stolen.

take a peek at this Battery Replacment and Upgrade you may just have to put the key in the ignition and let it sit for a few minutes to resync.

I tried all sequences and resets. Im at a loss now......

power windows do not work , i can hear the relay click when i push the shifter button in.... but it wont let me slide it out of gear to try neutral safety switch... neutral start.

Can i rip out the stock alarm system and that will free my ignition?
