Default 95' p38 fuse..

My driverside and passenger window wont roll down but both back window does..im guessing its the fuse BUT I dont wanna mess with the fuses because last time my bro was checking the fuses, and pulled out the anti theft fuse and the whole entire car just lock. It wouldnt even start. I guess the anti theft came on( bad experience). i had to tow my car to the land rover dealership so they could reset the car. Any suggestion on where the front windows fuses is located or where i can purchase a 95' range rover user manual book?

If your rear windows are working then it should not be a fuse. I would pull up the switch panel that has the window switches and swap them around and see of the switches for the back ones will work the fronts. This will rule out the switch and let you know if there is an issue with the regulators. Plus when you are looking at the connector you can use a multimeter to see if you are getting juice to the switch and then rule out any power issue.
