The ac will blow cold while you are driving but when you stop it will stop blowing then when you take off driving it starts blowing cold again could this be the blower motor thanks Cruz

 

Yep, you are getting fresh air circulation. With truck not cranked, but key in position 2, you may be able to hear fan speeds change, etc. First stop is check of fuses, oherwise you take off glove box door and panel below it to get at the fan. 3 bolts drop it down, may have leaves in it.
