Default air conditioner selector stuck?

hi.. so i found out that in the new RR 1999 4.6 hse that I bought, that the AC works..and it blows cold air...but it seems that the selector is somehow stuck so that it only blows in one setting..and also some of the air seems to be leaking. Where do I have to look to fix this?

Blend motor failure! I will be doing mine here shortly.... Although, I did manage to get the one side stuck on "hi" for the winter, so maybe not lol.

Definitley a blend motor. If you search there is a write up on how to fix them. Fortunately I have not had to do that one yet. I think I may need to replace a blower motor soon though.
