Default Airbag Fault

Whenever I start my car in the display it shows a message saying Airbag Fault. The dealership told me that its a sensor at the passenger side airbag. Is there any way I can replace it myself? Help please....

You can't just go pull fuses, or you land up with what you now have, a bunch of warning lights thet the dealer is going to have to clear or reset.

I got the codes out of the computer for the following service engine soon, SRS, Airbag fault, ABS fault, Traction Failure. lights and beeps.

on a SPX OTC autocode model OTC3407 (not sure if that is an accurate machine for this car)
PO174 too lean
P0733 which is that gear ratio thing for gear three.
and the rest were miss firing cylinders.
which leads to this discovery (no pun) when the pedal is floored the engine will rev to 3k rpm then cut back
and when driving accelaration is fine until the pedal is completely pressed to the floor. Once pressed to the floor the car cuts back again, i am bringin it over tomorrow to my mechanic[:@].

The srs light did go off for a min then popped back on....

those are only the codes for the check engine light, you need one of the fancy dealership computer to get the Airbag, Brake and other systems codes
