Default auto locking 2007 Range Rover HSE

I just bought a 2007 range rover HSE and the door locks do not auto lock when in forward gear. The manual says that the auto locking feature can be activated by the dealer, does anyone know how to activate the feature without taking it to the dealer.

this feature is enabled with the testbook so if you can find and indy shop that has testbook then you can have them do it otherwise take it to the dealer

actually you can no longer change the programming functions on the bcm. Unless you have a really old copy of Ids from 2009. Apparently, the functioning got kicked out with programming of the newer vehicles and they could never figure out the way to get it back. So whatever it has say, autolock feature enabled can't be changed back. Trust me, tried two times with a used car we had and tried sixteen different ways from there until I got the news it was no longer possible.
