My 90RR will not start up after letting it sit for a year. With a new bettery, the engine would crank, but not fire up. However,with a couple of shots of starter fluid it would fire up for about4 seconds then immediately die down. I disconnected the feeder tube to the fuel rails and noticed no fuel coming out when I crank it.

Are there any fuses or relays perhaps that I should testbefore I take on the task of pulling the fuel tank and replacing the fuel pump($$)?I would greatly appreciate any advice.
