Default block heater?

Forgive my ignorance. I don't have the 2002RR manual with me and I'm NOT mechanically inclined.
My wife is with the vehicle (and 2 young kids) in Maine. It just got very cold and something froze and the vehicle keeps overheating now. It looks like after contacting the closest dealer that might be under control but is there a way to plug it in to keep it a bit warmer? It just reached minus 20 there.
Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

With your truck overheating, it should "NOT" be driven at all or you could loose your engine.
As for the block heater, they are more for diesel engines, the only thing you have to keep an eye on is the coolant % to make sure you have enough anti frreze for that weather.
Is it under warranty, if so call Rover and have someone help you ASAP.
