Evening, gents!

I will be taking apart the block with a little help from a mechanic friend, I have been trying to find a DIY repair manual online for the basic step-by-step for pulling it apart (need to get a look at the gasket and check for a slipped sleeve), but all I've come across is a DIY for a series 2 Disco. Could this potentially serve the purpose? I haven't downloaded it and I am not too familiar with the differences between the two vehicle platforms. Any and all help is appreciated.
