Default Bouncy mirror

Hello everyone,
My driver side mirror glass bounces around and drives me nuts while at highway speeds. I want to fix it but can't figure out how to remove the glass to get access to the part that hold the glass. (the loose part) Does anyone know how to remove the glass and/or how to tighten things up behind the mirror? Many thanks.

it basically slides out and clicks into place. spray some silicone spray into the area to loosen it up to remove it.

Use pieces of cloth dipped in alcohol to soften the glue and remove it. Screwdrivers and other sharp objects can be used to scrape off hard to remove pieces that can act as the weak link once you install new mirrors on your car.

So the mirror can be just pulled straight out after spraying silicon in there? I just don't want to break it.
