Brake lights stays on
2004 Range Rover HSE, brake lights (back) stays on when the vehicle is on. keep blowing fuse #9 (tail lights). Also, the controls on the steering wheel doesn't work (cruise, radio...) When I check the fuse box, it have many spaces without fuses and I replaced, I don't know if this is the cause that keeps blowing the fuse #9
