Default buying a RR

hi guys, my mom is wanting to buy a range rover. So far we have two option.
The first range rover is supercharged, but has 80,000 miles. It is about $29,000.

the other option is normaly asipirated, has 60,000 miles and is $27,300

So which do you think is the best option? We like the idea of a supercharged one, but we dont want something too unreliable. thanks for the help!

Please post a link to the other one. Is she sure she wants black? Nightmare to keep it looking nice. The supercharged will have more goodies. But based on the info rpovided, I'd go with the normally aspirated one.

either one is the same. if its an 06 make sure their is no water in the telephone module connector or else its not just the phone module that can go bad but nav unit and everything below it.

If it was my wife, I surely wouldn't get her the supercharged version. No offense but unless your mom is a gear-headed speed demon who will appreciate the supercharged version, she will never utilize that feature and it will be money not well spent. For her, I'd opt for the regular engine with 20K less miles and save a few thousand bucks. You're going to need that extra money for future repairs/maintenance ...believe me, you'll want one with as much warranty left as possible. You and your mom do know these vehicles are very expensive to own/operate, don't you?? Please do your homework on Land Rovers. I can attest that they are not any ordinary SUV.

we went with the supercharged one. Its in pristine condition. It was purchased and serviced at the same dealership for all of its miles. We at least know its been taken care of. We're well aware of the maintenance issues, I have a jag so....we know the risks that come from owning british cars. The whole car is in amazing shape. Paint looks good and the interior looks like its fresh out of the factory. That supercharged jag v8 isnt bad either.
