Default calibration

my 1999 rover left side sits 1 inch lower than right one dealer told me i need calibrate it
my question can you do it by your self or its dealer only. thanks

dealer only, or at least someone with the special calibration blocks and a testbook. does it do this all the time, or does it drop over night or something like that. check it with the engine running, and the doors all closed, after you raise it all the way and then lower it back down to standard. if its still not level, then calibration will fix it, if it sits good then, you have another problem

Or you can do it yourself using the EASunlock software and a tape measure. Not quite as accurate but it works. I'd definitely follow Dave's advice and make sure it's not something else first though.

Default calibration

i raise it up than down to standard, i measured it and it was level just after riding around my block it becomes not level, right side becomes 1in. lower than the left side. Any suggestions?

If you're still having suspension issues (think you said you had a leaking bag) that could very well explain the difference. I will be PMing you some instructions on bag replacement momentarily.

actually i checked all bags with soapy water but couldnt find any leak i found some leaks in bodu valve lines im working on it now but thanks for instruction i want to change bags anyway

i also notes when with engine running i set highest position turn engine off ,clouse doore and you can hear solenoids start clicking and right side went down an inch

Val: Looked back and didn't you say you could hear air escaping when then car was in the highest EAS setting? That would most likely indicate shot bags or at least a shot bag and would definitely explain the height difference. The solenoids should click for a few seconds after the engine is turned off/ you exit the vehicle. It's supposed to readjust for differences once passengers hve exited the vehicle.

Question

yes i heard my back leaking at the highest position like a week ago. then i tried to find the leak with soap water at the different position, and i cant find or hear it anymore. if its a bag then why does the whole side of the car going lower.
