Default Disconnecting fuel rail

I am doing a head gasket replacement and the strip down come to the point that I need to disconnect the fuel rail from its supply. I tried to press down the tap and pull the connection off but it did not move. The tap is flush with the surface of the plastic connector so it does not press down a lot. Please see attached photo. What is the trick ? Is there another press tap at the bottom ?

IMHO there would be another press tap, maybe slide an inspection mirror under it. Or it may be like Fords and have a clamp on tool that goes around the pipe and slides into the connector.

There is a tab on both sides and they both have to be depressed at the same time. Those can be a bugger to get off, sometimes it helps to put some forward (toward the front of the engine) pressure on the connector then push the tabs, keep pressure on the tabs and pull towards the rear. Just don't get real aggressive or you'll crack the plastic (or nylon or whatever that is)

Edit: No release tool needed, that would have made it too easy.

Success!! I removed the bolts for the lower inlet manifold so I can move it forward a little, put a wood shim under the rear of it. Now I can put both of my hands there. One to press the two taps and the other push the quick connect back.

Thanks again for the help.
