electrial fault!!

96 Range Rover 4.6HSE message center says electrical fault , no windows work seatsdoes not move, headlights come on when car is turned on, anyone had a problem like this??

I have the same problem..and i replaced the fuse's ,,and know the car wont start,,,and garage dose'nt know how to fix it...
