engine oil

I own a 2005 Range Rover HSE. I would like to know which engine oil(brand and specifications)is recommended by Land Rover.

Rover doesn't give a brand recommendation for oil and just a range of oil wates based on the area you live in, it's temp and your usage.
So where do you live, what do you use your truck for?
