Default extra key help ;)

anyone knows another way to have a duplicate key made without the dealership $$$$?
I m in Virginia and
I have a 2007 RR Supercharged and my key looks like this:

Just priced out same key for lr3. 280 for key. 67 for programming. That's in NJ. Not terrible. If you YouTube lr3 key clone you'll find a newer video of a guy doing it himself. Issue is: $300 for the equipment. $100 for new key. $30 to get blade cut. Dealer.

Fake keys from eBay cannot be programmed using factory equipment.

You can buy these "recycled" keys, but you need hack software to make it work. And like mentioned above, it adds to the cost, making your attempts to save money a moot point (unless you plan on going into the locksmith business).

I recommend a factory key from dealer, and you will need to either let the dealer program it, or any indy shop w/ SDD or Autologic.
