I had same dillema a few wks ago with my 2000 Disco, it only came with 1 key.
I managed to get a new replacement from ebay, then went to an LR specialist to have it programed that cost $55.
The hard part was finding a locksmith willing to cut key, many frightened off with the expense of potential damage during cutting.

To those who own DII's, do yourself a favor, buy a couple of Ilco RV4 key blanks. They only cost a couple of dollars. Have them cut by someone who knows what they are doing, like the old guy at the True Value Hardware store, not the kid at Home Depot. Then you'll have a couple of extra spares on hand for no real money at all.

Now as far as the key for the 2007 Range Rover, you don't have the same luxury. I think a visit to the dealer is in your future.
