Hi,
New to the Rover cars and just purchased a 06 Supercharged sport.
I am trying to install a hitch receiver that I purchased on Ebay.
My problems:
The key seems to make no difference no matter what position.when turned fully to the right i can not remove the key and when turned fully to the left i can remove it. either key position I can turn the green ****. Here is where I have a problem, when i turn the green **** it does not fully retract the steel pin. The pin still has about half of an inch exposed and I can not get the receiver into the bumper, the pin stops it from going in all the way.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is my used hitch receiver defective
