Default Help transfer case prob

Hey guys im new here! I have a 97 Range Rover 4.6 HSE and Im having a problem for the first time in 2 years and 25k miles... im getting a loud grinding sound (like shifting a manual car without clutch) from the tranfer case where it connectsto the rear drive shaft when I drive up ramps or get going from stoplights... I can see that somthing is sliping inside that clutch looking thing between the tranfer-case and drive shaft any ideas as to what I shouldor what it could be?I do everything myself so mechanic is out of the question haha

So quit driving it, you will take out the t/case, if you already haven't and boy are they expensive.
