I watched this video and I know where the spark plugs are located but I am just not sure how to take out the cover to get to it.

Looks like you have to take the top intake cover off first. There are 4 screws on top of it. Then you should see some others hiding somewhere that allow you to take the side covers off that reveal the ignition coils. Remove the ignition coils and you will see the spark plugs. Remember to gap them properly and ensure you are not cross threading them (its easier to do than you think).
