Huge brake problem.
Just got a 91 Range Rover with ABS. My Brakes are locking up after eight times around the block. It has new pads has been bled twice with DOT4. Fuild is at right level. Could it be the modulator, lines to the modulator, relay? What is the routing for the brake lines from the modulator?
