Default I just saved at least $2,000. !!!!!

I have two Range Rovers. Both 2005 HSE. One of them gave me, all at one time, a multitude of errors. I got: Air Suspension Inactive, HDC Inactive, ABS LIGHT, and DSC light. The check engine light would come on and off. The display of height and front wheel steering position was totally inactive no matter where the wheels were pointed. The air suspension was totally locked out. This was a MINI DISASTER!
We are several hundred miles from the nearest Land Rover Dealer. The tow alone ONE WAY was quoted at $1,500.

How did I save $2,000. ? I purchased a device from www.rswsolutions.com The capabilities of this item is a LONG list. It hooks up to the OBDII port on the car and the other end is USB and hooks to a laptop. Within eight minutes of this devices arrival ALL FAULTS WERE CLEARED and everything was totally back to normal. We were SO AMAZED and happy that thousands of $$$ had been saved and days out of our lives making arrangements to get it to a dealer and go to get it back. Not to mention the charges of the dealer for parts & labor.

I paid only $250. for this device. I have been in electronics all my life and I can quickly tell if the construction of a piece of electronics is cheap junk or high quality. This is high quality! The OBDII connector is the best I have ever seen. It has a metal retainer spring instead of a notch molded into the housing. Some connectors on OBDII devices are bears to remove. The length of the cable made it very easy to use the laptop in the rear seat with ease while another person performed steps such as turning the vehicle on and off.

I would have paid $250. if it ONLY reset my air suspension system!! The owner, is very responsive and helpful to me BEFORE I had paid him anything at all. All emails were responded to in a timely manner.

No, this man is NOT a family member! I am just so happy that I found this device and am enjoying the savings. BABABONDOMAN in Colorado.

That company makes popular devices. The more distant you are from a dealer, and the more complex your Rover is; the greater need for these devices and the "almost shop level" computers. I think someone could set up a rental business for these things, works in the test equipment industry. Some owners in Australia are 700 miles plus to a dealer.

Matter of fact, rental test equipment and specialty tools would be a good niche for the big on line Rover specialty parts companies.

A really smart programmer (someone who combines caffeine and pizza to make software) could set up something that plugs into the OBDII port and is remotely controlled by a seasoned tech, or runs an app on your smarty phone.
