Default I need to remove the Instrument Cluster

I just bought my second Land Rover. 2003 Ranger Rover HSE. Really nice, but it has a couple of things I need to do. 1st it has some bulbs out in the instrument Cluster and I need to remove it. Do I have to take off the dash cap to do so? 2nd thing is the cluster says that key battery is low. I replaced both battery's and got the remotes working and locked and unlocked the door manually, but I still get the code. Some help would be great. Thanks.

I fixed my Key battery low message today. I went by my local British shop and they told me how to do a hard reset. I have never hear of this before. You disconnect the battery terminals from the battery and touch them together. That did it. Thanks guys.
