For that mileage and it being at a dealer it probably was traded in on another RR. With that they may have the service history as well so ask.

I still think the price is too high for it, eventhough the mileage is good it still could have just as many problems as a 98 with 145K on it.

Do as suggested and run it through the paces, et it sit there and run for a while, check that suspension well and negotiate like you never have before.

They are great vehicles, we drive them for what they are and not just transportation. Give it th elove it deserves and it will be great, it will let you down now and then but for the most part it will take care of you. Most fixes are easy and inexpensive if you can do the work yourself, parts will take longer to get to you sinc eyou cannot just go to Autozone and get what you need off the shelf.

I say look around, there are some great examples out there for the 7-8K range that would do exactly the same thing and then have money left over for repairs if needed.

Run premium fuel, it costs very little more and you can be assured that it is running the best it can.
