Long time Rover enthusiast considering first RR
Previously owned a D1, currently own a '99 DII. I'm considering a '03-'04 L322 with 100,000 miles.
1) estimated yearly maintenance? I drive approximately 10,000 miles/year. I have performed all the maintenance on my D1 and DII. However, I know there are some DIY projects with the L322 that are not possible without expensive dealer only diagnostic equipment.
2) The airbags go out in the discos around 80k miles. How often should I expect to the replace the airbags on an L322?
3) common part failures and issues that I should be aware of.
*I have owned BMWs in the past but I have no experience with the 4.4L.
