Well, my beloved 92 classic is giving me problems. I recently had to replace the wiper motor and it took some time (a few hours here a few there) due to my schedule. I also replaced the relay. got it all back together today and turn the key.... nothing. No dash lights come on, heater wont blow, windows don't work etc. Also, doesn't try to turn over or engage the starter. However, all things that aren't reliant on the ignition being on work. Overhead lights, horn etc.

Yes, the battery is good. Checked all the fuses.

I replaced the ignition (albeit with a used one) earlier this year due to the key barely working in the prior ignition.

Any direction from here would be greatly appreciated.

 

Fusible cable, shown on schematic as fuse 3, but it is described as fusible cable ignition. So that would act like a fuse, but not look like a fuse. Wiring schematic older style drawing, attached.

 

Thank you, the fusible links are located near the coolant reservoir correct?

 

Not sure, hard to find in RAVE, older drawings are fun.
