Hi everyone - I have lost my sport mode and low ratio!!!!!! 1995 P38 4.0
1. The left side of the shifter panel is flashing constantly.
2 . The sport mode does light up momentarily when pressed.
3. When in drive (stationary or driving) the dash shows 'Select Neutral'
4. I can only access the information center whilst stationary and in neutral.
In 'High' all is OK and smooth as normal.
I have changed out the circuit board - with no luck.

You will probably need to have someone with a lap top type scanner go into your ECU and check for fault codes.

 

Yep - My code reader does not reach that deep,in to the system. I managed to pick up a transmission module and a transfer case module on e-bay. Still I could have checked the solenoid valves first?? Getting cold in Milwaukee - so I am getting lazy.
