Default P-38 service engine light

Does anyone know how to clear the service light on P-38 GEMS.
It is not the check engine (no codes) but the service engine light.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's a Rovacomm or Testbook only reset. Quickest and best reset method is a piece of electrical tape over the bulb or just pull the bulb.

Most people just pull the light bulb out. That is what I did with mine. It is pointless and does not service a purpose but to remind you after a set amount of time to bring it in for service.

On the older Range Rovers and DI's there was a large brown relay, usually under the seat or in the passenger footwell, I think it said Emissions Reminder or something like that. All you had to do was take a paperclip and stick it in a small hole at one end of the label and it reset the reminder. Those were the days.....

Everything gets "that much" trickier as you deal with newer and newer Rovers. You know that, all too well. I give you credit for living with a P38a. It's the one Rover I have no interest in owning and it's such a shame because they rider beautifully and are soooo capable (even off road).
