P38 suspension programming?
not new to Land Rovers but am ignorant of p38's. Im looking at a 2000, and have a question about the sellers claim. He claims to have replaced essentially the entire air system. compressor, bags, computer, etc. But says that he has yet to program it, and that doing so requires a windows equipped pc.
My disco 2 experience is limited to handheld based programming/code/data raeading. What windows based program and faults would he be referring to? Does the new suspension computer have to be synced to the other on board computers just like a discovery?
thanks.

i found this info on another site and plan to use it as well. It seems some of the more expensive code readers that are Land Rover specific can clear and Check for faults as well. Not sure there worth the money if this works

P38's are nice, but that HVAC panel is brutal lol. I had like 4-5 spares when I had my 97 4.6L HSE Vitesse in AA Yellow.
I'd love a Holland & Holland, another Vitesse, or a Trek Edition!

Well last night I used the program from above with a homemade cable and was able to reset the air suspension and clear all the codes. I’m very happy. No annoying beeping! And no lights!
