Default Pollen Filters Changing

I have a 2000 P38, any ideas on where and how to clean the pollen filters? (i suspect they are clogged with dust & sand)

I have that "manualimage & !" symbol on the climate control still works but getting less and less air coming, and guess the first point in the filters.

That was a great link to the web page for changing the pollen filters but be sure to check both filters, one on each side of the vehicle under the hood. The photo only shows the location of one of the filters.

They're paper, you can't clean them. It'll cost you about a $35.00 for 2 new filters and about 4-5 minutes of your time.

Also, I seriously doubt that the reducedair flow is caused by the pollen filters. Sounds more like a problem with your blend and/or blower
motor.

I changed mine. Very easy except they were a little stuck. Glad I changed them. Very dirty. Almost black. Can't really say it improved the air flow much if any.
