Default Nav screen shutdown

I have a new to me 05 FFRR that I just got done fitting a used engine in. Runs good but the Nav was stuck at Logo with light blinking. I have bypassed the phone module and radio/nav runs but only for 30 seconds and then shuts down. So the phone module is bad for sure but why would the unit shutdown after exactly 30 seconds.

Restart the car and again it runs for exactly 30 seconds and completely shuts down. Only restarting the car wakes it up. I see no audio related faults on IIDTool.

Any ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm completely out of ideas on what to try next.

I have tried electronics reboot by disconnecting the battery and shorting negative/positive terminals, but same issue. I do have a fault on IIDTool now related to audio: U1A03-62 (2B) Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure

I'm going to try to play with configuration and see if that helps. Any ideas on what the above fault means?
