I'm waiting on my lights for the Roof Rack to come in, as well as the air bags for the suspension. Hopefully they'll be here early next week. After that, I'll be test-fitting tire combo's to see how big I can go. I'm sure they'll be a few more upgrades after that as well, only time will tell.

It looks good, I htought 32" was the maximum that we could go without a lift of some sort, I will follow this and see what you come up with.

I am in the process of building my own custom rack to sit lower to the roof than what the Yakima does right now. I am also working on some bumper designs but so far I am not happy with the lines compared to the Rovers body yet.

Right now, my suspension is at the stock height they come with from the factory. It's sitting on 32" tires with no issues in normal or high profile. On low profile, it rubs on the mudflaps over bumps. Mudflaps will be coming off, plus I'm going about 3-4" higher on the suspension. 33" tires are completely possible on the stock suspension setup, although I doubt you'd be able to put in in low mode without any rubbing. With the extra lift, I'm going to test sizes and see how big I can go.

What are you doing to net the lift? Coils or spacers for the bags?

My stock tires come in around 29", I want 31" and figured it should be fine with out mods. I mainly do camping and exploring, not major off roading, I have the D1 for that.

I'm running 32" tires on my completely untouched suspension, the only rubbing I get is over bumps in the low mode. I'm going with extended travel bags up front, spacers in the rear, and lowered sensors. I should be good for an overall 2.5" lift. With the re-calibrated EAS, I should easily be able to gain another 1". 33" tires won't be an issue with the mudflaps gone even now (as long as I stay in normal or high mode), I'll see how much bigger I can go once I get everything else done.

Looks good. Watch out for parking garages and tree limbs with your lights, tho. (seriously.)

I'm thinking of relocating them, but I'm not sure yet. I don't drive though any low garages or anything, and they light up the trail nicely at that height. But, they do protrude a little bit. It's late, tomorrow I'll mock up a new location for them.
