R/T button on Steering wheel

I have an 03 rr and Have no idea what the R/T Button is for......Help...

It's for the phone memory / address book, if you have the phone hookup in the car (Nokia) in your console.

Oh yea. Mine switches the controller features above back and forth between the radio or cassete/cd.
