Range Rover 03 2 Questions

If you have the front brush bar removed will it leave ugly holes in the bumper? What parts have been recalled on the 03 Range Rover

Probably leave a couple of holes depending on it's design.
As for recalls, call your dealer with your Vin and he can run it for recalls.
