Question rebuilt box

hello all,

I am a proud owner of a 1990 classic. last month I purchased a rebuilt power steering box. upon install the rebuilt box would not turn left.. I then took both boxes off and noticed the old one's arm had a full range of motion and the rebuilt one only had 90 degrees motion. was the box rebuilt improperly? did I do something wrong? is there an easy fix?

Have you tried looking in the service manual? It can be downloaded at http://green-oval.com/joomla/index.p...d=13&Itemid=29

You will have to burn the file to a disc and make sure when you do burn it, to select "burn image to disc" otherwise it won't work.

Never heard of your problem but, the service manual may be helpful.
