Hi everyone,

As of today, I purchased the 2019 HSE which I'm super happy about. First Land Rover ever in the family but I feel scammed due to the finance manager lying to me.

When I was signing papers for the HSE, I was in a bit of a rush and tired due to a long day. I told the finance manager that I wanted no optional insurance and other products yet he still added the service contract and the prepaid maintenance plan which added over $4.2k to our OTD price. He kept stating that it was included and I had nothing to worry about and when I got home, I found that I was charged for it. It made me furious but I had already driven over 40 minutes home and they were closed.

Please advise on what my next steps are? I plan on calling the dealership first thing tomorrow but I wanted to know what my options were. Really crappy way to start a relationship with LR :\
