Default replacement tires for a 2007 RR supercharged?

looking for suggestions for our 3rd set of tires. we have 56K miles and have used the stock continentals for the first two sets. TK performance here in Jacksonville has michelins and pirellis as well. anyone have any experince with these. the pirellis are the cheapest by $50 to $100 per tire. the guy says they will ride hard but last along time Are they really rough ridiing? I appreciate any help. looking for cheaper and longer lasting. thanks Mark

usually the contis last awhile unless its got hard driving done on them. But seen alot of good things from michelin. And the only good pirellies are snow tires.

Default Tires

I have a 2006 RR SC. The Contis have worked well for me and have 46,000 mi. Good dry, good wet, good handling. Check out Tirerack.com you can see user likes and dislikes about each tire. I have just replaced my Contis with Bridgestones because the Contis are not all season tires and I live in the north east. If you dont encounter snow you can stick with a summer tire, which will give you superior traction. Tirerack also has tire comparrisons and test results. Good luck.
