Rover classic 1993 belt replacment -- help?

Rover classic 1993 belt replacment -- help?
I need to replace the belts on my Rover 1993 classic. As far as I can see, the fan has to come off to do this. I appears that there are tensioner pulleys on some of the belts. I couldn't find much info in the RAVE or anywhere else on line. Any advice on this job (or links) and special tools needed would be greatly appreciated. thanks....
