Default RR Sport Soft door close

I have a 2014 RR Sport since Feb 2014....has soft door close..have had to replace soft door close latch 5+ times and now dealer tells me now they are not covered under warranty - but won't tell me why...no door slamming EVER..latch gives out and door will not stay closed. Nothing in owner's manual about Soft Door Close use. I have a copy of a technical bulletin from Land Rover North America that says this is an issue...Anyone else have a problem? Would love to hear from Land Rover about this....Love Love the truck but is so disappointing not getting good service when you pay that much for a vehicle....

There are issues with the system.

As inconvenient as this might sound, find another dealership and have them try to actually figure out what is going on.

Is it the same, presumably driver's, door each time?

Thank you so much for this ....it was the drivers door 3 times and now the drivers side back door 3+ times (fixed it 3 times but after the last fix - still not working 100% right)...really frustrating....husband wants me to get rid of vehicle because of the headaches - but i really love the truck! Wish you worked in Ontario Canada so I could take it to you to get fixed right under warranty!!!! Will see if we can find a reputable dealer to help us!

Would you have any documentation from Land Rover (technical bulletin, recall notice etc) that you could send me so I can use to aid my case?
