Default should i repaint my range rover?

i want to repaint my range rover 96 4.0 se.should i, where shouldi take it to, a local body shop? i want to repaint it the original color, nigeria grey. i have a lot of oxidation or someting on the hood, the roof between the sunroof and the windshield, and other scuff marks and other things on the body, i have tried everything. wax, compound, nothing seems to work,should i repaint? if so, where?

well i kinda looked into it, the cost would be around 2500 for a good job and a totally different color, if you stick with the same color is is a lot less maybe around a 1000. maco you can get it done for really cheap but if you use them i would stick to the same color, at least it will last longer that way. I have a black range rover and my daughter wans to paint the truck pink or purple but there is no way daddy could drive around with those colors so we agreed on orange which is my favorite color anyway.

So do you have fall out showing up on your paint, have you tried removing it with a clay bar?
