Default Sun roof will not stay closed with one button operation.

Every time I try to close my sun roof by pushing the close button to prosition 2 (to fully close with one press of the button) the sunroof closes and opens right back up. Even if i try to close it using the key in the door lock it will close and immediately open right back up. The only way it closes is if I hold the close button until it fully closes. Has this happened to any one or does any one have any idea as to what is going on?

you need to resynch the antitrap... with the engine running and all doors closed, close the sunroof and then press and hold the button in, not foward or back, but in, hold it for about 20 seconds and itll start moving, let go of the switch when it stops moving, then check to see if it works right

I tried it and it didn't work. When i pressed the button in, the back on the sun roff just tilted up.Should I have done this in one motion as soon as the sun roof closes? Help?

press it, once it moves and stops the first time, let go, then press and hold it, it can take up to almost a minute for it to go through its cycle, but dont let go of the switch
