I have a p38 with 18inch rims and wanted to know what the tallest and biggest tire is that I can fit on there without doing any modifications or lifting.

Any advise on tires would be greatly appreciated.

I don't do mudding, hard core off roading....only drive on the beach!

265/60 18 is pretty much the largest your will get on a stock Rover. Thats what size I went with and I did have to do a very minor amount of trimming on the front mud flaps. I have some pictures on my user profile.
