Thanks for the info gsd. I'm running Hankook Ventus V12's right now (on aftermarket 17 inch wheels), great tire for the money, I may get them again. But Tire Rack has some rebates right now on a few different tires, Dunlops, Bridgestones....might try some to save a bit of coin since i"m selling this car later this year. I run Hankook IceBear W300's on the factory rims in the winter, love em'. I have Conti ExtremeContact DWS on my Saab turbo, nice tire but I don't want all seasons.

mdfud, you are making a good decision for the long term health of your drivetrain. Handsome Rob is right on the money. We have to deal with the same issue with our X types as they are AWD as well.
