Default "Transmission Fault Traction Reduced"

Can anyone help, for the past 2 days when I turn on the engine I get a message indicating "Transmission Fault Traction Reduced", the notice will stay on for a second and then it goes off. I haven't noticed any difference in driving or engaging the gears. Does anyone knows what this means?

Thank you to anyone who can respond!

it can mean many things. what type of rover? sport? possible battery. these vehicles are very sensitive to voltage so it might be time for a new batter

I changed the battery and put a new one in. 200bucks. And then changed the break light switch sensor to no avail. I took the ground cable of the battery after installing the sensor hoping that would reset the codes but again to no avail. Any others had this issue. It comes and goes on a whim and sometimes I only have to restart the car and these alerts go away. I love the car but this thing can be hard to love back because of the high maintenance. On a separate note the dealer had done maintenance about a week before I started seeing these messages. It cost me almost 2k bucks for service and to fix a leak that was causing a 'Low Coolant' light' to come one.
Would be something with the software they installed if they did?
THis is 2006 HSE LR3. THanks for any info.
