P0500 - Vehicle speed signal invalid - This is based off of ABS signal over HS CAN

P0198 - Engine oil temp sensor signal high - Never seen this fault on this engine, but fault could be open circuit, so I would check wiring first, sensor is mounted next to pressure sensor in the oil cooler(where the filter mounts)

P0071 - Ambient air temp sensor signal high - Seen this a few times, but not too common, seen both wiring and sensor issues. Sensor is located mounted to the back of the bumper support rail, behind the grill.

P0851 - P/N input invalid - Each time I've seen this it has been erroneous, and will clear and stay away(P0850 is a different story)

To digress, are you having any ABS issues/warnings? What does the temp display in the dash say? Any overheating issues?
