Hey guys first post and first time dealing with these .

I'm visiting my sister and her new born in Utah and she loaned me her suv for the week, a couple of days ago the rear passenger window broke and refuses to stay rolled up or work at all.

I found this forum through a search and this sounds like a common problem with these due to plastic rollers , problem is though i maybe mildly retarded as i can't firgure out how to get access to the top left bolt for the mount for the regulator motor to confirm thats the issue ...

Neither all the way up or down lets me get to that single bolt, got all of the rest...

The bigger problem is im out of here tomorrow and her husband is out of town for the next week and having a non working window in back is creating issues for the new born...

Can you guys give me a hand with getting this thing out so i can sort the sister and kid out?

Plan on grabbing another plastic one from the dealership for an asap fix and then ordering a couple brass ones and let her husband deal with those once he gets back.
