Default Working on the front end

About to fix the shaking in the Range Rover. I believe it the stabilizer bar so I'm replacing the bushings on them. I will also be changing the u joints and tie rod ends and putting in the front prop shaft. Has anyone done this before and can give me so advice or heads up? Or anything else I should replace it look at too that might be causing the car to shake?

You could replace all that and still have a vibration why not find the problem rather than replacing everything. On mine it was the tie rod end but I also put a new stabilizer on it.

I haven't done much work with the front end, and can't for sure identify the problem. And might as well replace everything while its already a part

My P38 had wiped out ball joints at 134,000 miles and still didn't shake.

Checking the pieces is a good idea regardless. Just jack up one side and start pulling on the wheels to see if there is play anywhere. All there is up there are the 4 joints at the ends of the tierod and drag link, and the ball joints.

if you cant find the problem yourself take it to an alignment shop, the first thing they should do is inspect all your frontend parts as it can not be proper aligned with worn parts. it will be the cheapest diagnosis you will get, as they will not be able to align it. if you pm me I can walk you thru checking it yourself .

I'm going to work on it this weekend. I will pm you then. I jacked up the car before and felt no play in any of the wheels.
